First Choice Roofing and Restoration

Billy went above and beyond for us. Billy and his guys took care of the insurance part for us and answered every phone call/question we had. They have excellent customer service and their work is amazing. I was amazed at how fast our roof was done.I would highly recommend these guys. We love our new roof. Thank you once again!

A couple weeks ago I found the place where the ceiling and my bedroom on the second floor was discolored from water. This man was a real roofer and he owned the company. He climbed up there and looked at it. He took pictures and came back down. He told me the gasket around one of the vents was destroyed on the one side and he brought part of the gasket down to show me. It was wonderful because I asked him if he could fix it now and he said that he was sure that he had one of those in his truck. He went to go see and came back with the gasket. He fixed it and he was reasonable. I would have him again in a heartbeat. It was amazing. Someone had given me his name. I called him and he said he would call when he was out in my area to come and look at my roof. He didn't call me back a second time so I figured he was not interested. Well I discovered this on a Friday morning and would you believe I got a call from him on noon on Friday maybe an hour after I found it. He said that he was really sorry because he had put the paper with my name and phone number on his desk and he thinks maybe one of the employees picked it up and put it in the wrong file. He was really apologetic and he said, "I can come right now" and he did. I could have planned it any better. He is the owner of the company and I would hire him in a heartbeat. He only charged $70 and he had to climb on the roof to change the gasket so I thought it was reasonable.

Very prompt and professional, everything was installed right the first time, and we got a key pad so we can enter our garage door without a remote (which has come in handy several times!). Recommended to my dad and he had an one installed too!! Installation was very quick and was up and running the same afternoon. Would recommend and hire again.

Great! The whole process took less than a week. The roof and openers plus all the clean-up was completed in one day. They had the best product for the best price. The service before and after the sale has been awesome.
