When he was going to be unable to keep an appointment, he called to let me know. I really appreciate that. Lots of people don t have the courtesy to do that.

My grass needed mowing real bad and it was late in the evening when I spoke with Bernie and he said he would be out the next afternoon to quote me a price. He quoted a reasonable price and he was very friendly and professional and he did a nice job cutting, trimming and clean up. Bernie is a keeper for me now. I am very satisfied and highly recommend him.

Bernie was here when he said he would be, and if something came up where his topper guy could not get here he always let me know, they got the trees down and cleaned up afterwards, part of the tree fell on our fence and they went up and got new fence and replaced it the same day.

I requested a quote. Bernie contacted me within a few hours and gave me a quote the same day. He showed up when he said he would, did the work safely, quickly, and to completion. He was great to work with from start to finish!

Bernie is a friendly gentleman with whom you will enjoy doing business. If I need more of this kind of work, I will definitely call him again. He removed a tree that had blown down in front of our house. He even raked up most of the leaves, something I did not expect.

Bernie and his crew were on the scene the day after the NKY ice storm of November 2018. They removed a giant river birch that had been damaged by severe ice that was threatening to fall on my neighbors house. The three men got right to work removing the overhanging branches then the tree itself. After the job was done they completely cleaned up the affected part of the yard leaving only the stump. The price was half that of the nearest quote. I was so impressed that I immediately hired Bernie and crew to remove a giant Bradford Pear tree that was uncomfortably close to my house. Great price, Great job, and great cleanup after. A+

Bernie Gripshover is a blessing! I recently had a tree come down during an ice storm & it was leaning on my house. He gave me a quote for tree removal and he was the best out of 3. I decided to go with him but to contact him on Monday. On Saturday night I heard the tree start to slide along my gutter. I was afraid it would fall on my heat pump. I called & explained my situation. He offered to come over that night to get it off my house. He was there in 30 minutes & the tree was down shortly thereafter. He had very little light to work with & even got on my roof to cut the branches away safely. He came back on Monday & removed the entire tree along with cleaning up the mess the tree had left. I'm very happy with his customer service & highly recommend him. He showed up when he said he would & stayed in touch to keep me in the loop. Rare qualities in contractors today.
