+ -1 moreI called and talked to the manager, and he told me that they had been working so many hours that they were done for the day. He asked me if I had driven over the driveway yet, and I told him I had not. He said he would go ahead and call one of his guys to see if they could come by, and 20 minutes later someone was at my house. He was so sweet and polite and he did an excellent job.

+ -1 moreWe call Rob in the afternoon to help us after Worry Free Lawn Care did a terrible job on our church driveway and parking lot. He said he was busy since everyone was frantically looking for snow removal service in the Metro area. He said he could not promise anything but would take a look and give an estimate since he would be passing by. His asking rate was a bit higher than what we expected but he did a wonderful job - we love Rob and use him regularly now. And we recommend him to all our friends and business acquaintances. The best think about All In One Lawn Management is that they actually care for, listen to and follow instructions. Thank you Angie's List for hooking us up with a great service provider! And Rob we love you too!

+ 0 moreOur overall experience couldn't be better with All in One, we've had other companies that provided the same services, but without the same satisfaction we've encountered with All in One. The owner (Rob Beneke) is a pleasure to work with. He gives you the feeling that your work matters and that you are not just another paycheck.
Description of Work: We are a business in the Bluegrass Industrial Park and All in One manages our lawn care. They are a very prompt company that follows through with their services that they provide. The workers are very cordial and are quick to answer any questions you may have about their services. We have had All in One as a vendor for two years now and will continue to give them our service as long as possible. They also perform our snow and ice removal. Not only are they on time, but they take their time as well making sure the parking lot has been fully cleared of the snow and ice. The times we have called at last minute for them to come out they have made it a priority to be here to take care of the situation.

+ 0 moreOverall my experience with All in one went very well. As I stated earlier, I will definitely use them again. Very competitive pricing and worked quickly to finish the job.
Description of Work: I've had several problems with my yard retaining water and it kept ruining my landscaping. I had all in one come in and re-grade my landscaping and they did an excellent job. I do not have any water retention and the rain water runs away from the house just like it's supposed to. I also had them install several new plants and they look great. The staff is very knowledgeable about their business and if they didn't have an answer at the time, they researched it and gave me the full info that I needed. I will definitely use them again and I'm even considering using them for my lawn maintenance.
