Over time this build up will decolorize your siding. When was the last time you had your house washed? Our basic house wash includes cleaning siding, overhang, gutters (water stains), window trim, door trim, etc… (will look like new again!) We will analyze your wood deck/fence and provide recommendations to keep your wood in tip-top shape. In most cases the deck/fence is pressure washed using a biodegradable cleaner and low pressure technique. After protecting your home and foliage, wood preservative is applied. The preservative is a matter of customer choice. Your deck is ready for use within 24 hours in most cases. Have you ever noticed those unsightly black stains on your roof? Did you know that those stains, in most cases, are a form of fungus/mildew? We have the equipment necessary to improve the look of your roof in a safe and cost effective manner. Most people aren't aware that these stains are a form of mildew, but with the cleaners we use which are all environmentally friendly, we can improve your roofs beauty. Like all other parts of your home, failure to maintain your driveway can result in serious damage not to mention ugly pits and cracks. We prepare the surface by pressure washing with degreasing solvents, if necessary. Cracks are repaired with a specific compound corresponding to the composition of your driveway. When dry, a sealer is applied leaving your driveway clean, protected and looking better than new.
