We service residental and light commercial. We do offer 24 hour emergency service. We service all makes and models. We are a small company that takes pride in every job. Big or small. We also do duct work repair and replacement.
He was nice enough to start. Came out, was courteous, bid the job, and about 3 days later we agreed. He ordered the parts, and that is where this story begins to fall apart. Now at this point we have intermittent air. He tells me that he should have the unit by the end of the week. The end of the week comes, and get a call stating that the manufacturer is back ordered. Ok fine. I get it, there is an influx of people needing their units replaced. Reasonable. Another week goes by and only the compressor has shown up so far. I have 1 ask. and that is to keep me in the loop on schedules. Read open communication. A week later on a Thursday, i have to call him, and the main unit is just now showing up. He tells me that he's in the middle of a large job, but depending on when he finishes up, he will either be out on Saturday, or Monday. Again, i ask that he call and keep me in the loop. he says ok. Not a huge ask in my opinion. Friday night rolls around and no call. Ok fine, the job is taking longer than expected. Saturday morning rolls around, nothing. Saturday night, nothing. Ok now im thinking it will be Monday before he comes out. Monday rolls around and still nothing. So i call him at about 11 am, it goes to voice mail. Tuesday, my air goes out and i leave another message, this time telling him that i am without air. All this week, i have left a serious of messages, one of them, clearly giving him an out if he simply didn't want to do the job or if there was some personal emergency that came up from precluding him from doing/finishing the job.. I'm fine with that. i just want to have an open line of communication. So here we are on Saturday without air and no response from this company. I generally have a very long fuse, but at 3 1/2 weeks, and now without AC, I'm at the end of it. All of this could have been avoided by making a simple phone call and expressing intentions of doing the job or not.

Air conditioner won't out sometime at night. Called and left message at 6 a.m. by 8:00 a.m. I heard from Keith. He replaced the furnance that day before lunch. Cleaned up so nicely you wouldn't have realized anyone was there working. Always professional and courteous.

All in all the work was done was nicely and quickly. The problem is not in the workmanship but the fact that I can't get a detailed invoice for the 2 jobs they have completed for me. Numerous emails have gone unanswered and the estimate I need for the insurance company has never been completed or turned into my insurance company. I'm not happy with their customer service at all.
Description of Work: Replaced all duct work from flexible fiberglass to aluminum ductwork.

Air conditioner fried after a power surge. Keith came out and checked my unit in a lightening storm at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday when everyone else I called told me it would be Monday before they would come. Could have repaired my old unit but for a little extra chose to get a new unit with a 10 year guarantee. It was installed and working in just a few hours on Monday. Good job!

I called the office because my air conditioner was frozen up. They advised me to turn the unit off to help it thaw out. They dispatched a service tech out about 2 hours later. He was very helpful and explained that my dirty filter caused the issue. They cleaned and serviced my system. It works great and I am very happy. It's great to see honest companies do exist.
