The workmanship was shoddy to say the least...caulk installed with dirty fingers, the door was not secured to anything solid and it was also the wrong color. At first when the owner thought it was a mistake on the part of the manufacturer, he assured us it would be solved asap. Upon realizing it was an error on his part he switched gears, implying it was our fault. After months of chasing this issue we are still without the correct color door. We contacted the head office who can do absolutely nothing because it is a franchise. This install happened in March and it is still not resolved. Do not use this company. They will take whatever dreams that you have worked hard to achieve for your home and trample them into dust while they mock you the entire time.

They did a very good job. We are very happy with the work they did and how quickly they did it. The price was fair.

All of the windows were replaced without any problems. There were two men who did the complete job.. Previously our windows allowed air to leak air around the edges.. They are now AIR TIGHT. 'Customers should be aware of the length of time between Ordering and Getting your windows. They measured EVERY WINDOW rather than just one and ordering 5 that size and 6 of the other size. Ours were ordered June 16 and they were installed August 21. Aside from the long wait, the windows are just PERFECT!

Excellent There was a defect in part of the window, and was repaired and finished less than 10 days later.

We had a window that wouldn't close. The man showed us how to fix it and got it closed for us, but the window is lousy and still doesn't work. I wasn't impressed with the "trip charge" and he did get the window closed, so let's call it even.

They came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in a timely fashion. They stuck to the estimate and there were no surprises. I love my new windows!

They are fantastic. They were very professional and stayed busy the whole time. It only took them a half day to get the work done. They cleaned up great.

It went very well. Salesman was nice and courteous. Staff came out as promised and did quality work. They were very professional. They replaced the three windows and our sliding glass door. They guarantee their work and they still come out if there is any problems. They stand behind their products and their work.
