Scheduled for Technician to treat home on 5/8/14. They never called or showed for appt. Called to see what happened and received answering machine. Left a message. The next day I received a call from tech saying he was on his way at 4:00pm. By 5:30pm I gave up waiting. Yesterday, while it was raining and I was busy cooking dinner the tech knocks on the door (5:00pm) ready to treat. Since I needed outside treatment as well as inside, I told him that it seemed useless to be spraying outside since it was raining. He agreed. I asked why he didn't call and let me know he was coming. He said he just got the call to come out. We refused service.

Exceptional, professional, friendly service. We would recommend them very highly.

They were very professional and did everything exactly as promised and on time.

To provide pest control at my new home, I chose Toby's off of Angie's List and because the business is locally owned. A human answered my telephone call, gave me price quotes on a variety of services offered by the company, and scheduled my initial treatment. The pest control truck that arrived right on time was labeled boldly so I had no question who was in my drive. The driver was a professional, courteous man who introduced himself and asked me what my specific pest problems were. I described an early spring problem with wasps, ants in the kitchen, spiders in the house, and various other insects randomly showing up about the house. He described his plan of treatments and assured me he would be using child and pet safe products. He proceeded to spray the interior of the house first, greeting all my children pleasantly and working quickly. He treated our attics and our garage. He then sprayed around the exterior of the house including our extensive patio space. He also treated the crawl space asking me to turn our AC off for one hour to avoid drawing the pesticide fumes into the duct work. After completely his work, he brought me a detailed receipt and explained the company policy of not requiring a contract. He recommended re-treatment within 60 days for $60. In the week since this initial treatment, I have not seen a single live insect in my house. I will certainly do business with Toby's in the future.

A professional looking man arrived at the scheduled time in a company vehicle with a variety of products and equipment. After introducing himself, he asked if I had any specific concerns besides my request for basic pest control. I asked him to look for any termite infestation or damage. He sprayed the interior of my house first, cheerfully greeting all my family members throughout the house. The he inspected the crawl space and sprayed around the outside of my house. He also used a fogger in the crawl space to eliminate spiders. He reported that there was no evidence of termite damage or active infestation at this time. He wrote out his statement, accepted my personal check, and gave me a receipt. He thanked me for doing business with his company and asked me to call if I had any future pest control needs. He quoted a price for a follow-up spraying within 60 days that was less expensive than the initial treatment. I will definitely call Toby's Pest Control again.

They did a great job. They were on time. After they were here, I never saw another mouse again. I chose them from comparing reviews.

Their price was reasonable and the ant problem went away. I can't compare their price with anybody else. I would use them again in the future.

They come once a year to put down the granules and spray inside, and outside of my house. They do a pretty good job. They are reliable. They are probably a little more cost effective than the other bigger companies. I think they are not a national chain and seem more of local company to Bowling Green. Their prices are more reasonable. I never had any problems with them.

He was very reasonable and he went beyond what was required of him. He even sprayed in our neighbors yard to ensure the fleas wouldn't return.

I've used them for years. They are excellent and I've never had a problem with them. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

I was having a problem with black ants in the kitchen and the occasional spider. We were referred to Tobey's by a friend and I am glad we found them. They came out as soon as they could (3 days from the call) and effectively eliminated the problem in one visit. $75 to spray a 2200 sq ft house and crawlspace is a good bargain and they do quarterly updates for $25 if I understood correctly.

I have been doing business with Toby's for almost 4 years. My exterminator is Mike. He is always punctual (most times a bit early), very personable and professional. He seems very knowledgable about his business and will make an appropriate recommendation if he sees a need to do so. He answers all my questions respectfully and always knows exactly what do with a special request, ie flies, wasps, mice or bats in the attic. He is always mindful of the pets (knows them by name) on the premise and lets me know if I need to be extra careful.
