computer repair
 + -1 moreMy computer was not able to access Wifi networks so I took it to PC Gurus. They found that the part of the computer that communicated with the Wifi (sorry but I am not a computer person so don't know the correct term) was no longer working. He told me that to replace the part would be at lest $100. However, he recommended that I purchase a device that plugged into a USB port which would be much cheaper. I was very impressed by this; it is very impressive when someone recommends a cheaper way to go, one that does not give him any revenue. I was so impressed that I went ahead and had him perform a general checkup / cleanup for which I paid $49.
Description of Work: Checked out and cleaned computer. Problem with computer not picking up Wifi.
