I have work with the owners over the years. I am retired now, but spending over years as a general contractor regularly using them on construction sites.

I called with an emergency. I was moving out and my garage door opener would not work correctly. They worked me in the same day I called. Dodd came in the afternoon, quickly checked the opener and diagnosed the problem. Since my boxes were in the space he needed to work, we made arrangement for him to work with me to repair the door for the new owner or to contact her about replacing the unit. It could not have gone better. I've used Overhead Door in Bowling Green before. They have always been excellent.
