+ -1 moreOverall, Olshan provided a service with which we felt secure. The original job they performed us, before this one, was handled promptly, and when we had questions/issues with the job, they came back promptly and took care of the issues which included securing the exisiting floor joists. We were very happy with that part of the job and their response.
Description of Work: Return to service work that was referenced in first estimate, but that we had to defer until a later time due to financing. The work that was needed was to secure a brick veneer wall on the outside of our attached garage. When it DID become a HUGE issue seemingly overnight (we could see the brick pulling away from the outside wall, and it was detached from the wall approximately 3 inches at the top) we called Oshan in Nashville immediately. This wall, if it failed, theatened to fall onto a sidewalk leading to our front door. It not only threatened us, it threatened anyone who approached our front door and our pets. It took Olshan WAY TOO LONG to answer our request.
