Arrived as scheduled for both the estimate and repair work. Very friendly and easy to work with. Completed all repairs as scheduled. Offered alternative fixes where needed. Hope to work with them in the future.

They called me back within a couple of hours from my call and set up a time to come out and check out the projects and give me an estimate. They told me exactly what needed to be done and even what products they were going to use. They showed up when they said they would. They were fast, neat, clean, and efficient. I can't get up and down the stairs by myself and they even helped me do that. I will definitely be hiring Sam again. These are wonderful professional people. I hired this company to help get a house ready to be put on the market after another company who is highly rated on Angie's list did a poor job on even replacing ceiling fans. These guys were so professional. The work was done in a timely fashion and done well. I felt completely confident leaving Sam with the key to the house and just walking away and letting him and his crew get the work done. They painted the whole interior (close to 3,000 sq ft), pressure washed and stained decks, did some landscaping, patched a hole in the ceiling, and many other things to get my house ready. His wife even cleaned the house when they were done---I'm talking cabinets, windows, hardwood floors. Their price was very fair for all the work that my house needed. I had 2 other estimates (1 higher and 1 was lower) and I definitely made the right decision in choosing this company. I'm already planning on calling them for some painting on my new house!
