He canceled the online appointment. I called to inquire about that. We scheduled two appointments. I initiated all calls. He made no calls to me. Every discussion was about how busy he is and the problems he was having at the time he was suppose to be at my appointment! I finally ended it by saying I would find someone else.

It took a couple days for them to contact me.They asked about my pump and what it was doing. then the man said we need your credit card number or a check when we show up. He was more worried about getting his money than fixing my pump. I hired another contractor. I have used you with other contractors, they were always good and did there work and never had a problem.

We have had Hayes Contracting pour concrete equipment pads, and garage floors. We have also had them lay new tile, and do some roofing jobs. Each one was completed in a timely manner and within our budget.

Due to recent bad weather conditions Mr. Hayes was very busy. I have called him and left messages and he did call me back, But I am still waiting for him to make time see me to evaluate my projects.

Mr Hayes and his son were a very professional team and did a wonderful job of removing the old shutters and installing new shutters on my Mother's home. They were also helpful and informative about other projects that need to be completed. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.
