 + -1 moreExcellent. Called on Thursday afternoon and they were here on Monday. Said between 1 and 4. Larry called at about 11:30 and said he was ahead of schedule and was available which was perfect for my schedule change. He came in and assessed the dryer and told us what the issue was. He replaced two parts and the dryer worked perfectly. Suggested that we replace the dryer vent which was aged and offered a person to handle the issue. Larry was an excellent service man and he even swept the area in my utility closet before replacing my dryer. Awesome.

Description of Work: I called on a Friday and was given a next day arrival window but when the repairman found himself running late he called to update it. The repairman was knowlegable and courteous, diagnosed the washing machine problem, checked the price for parts and advised us to spend a couple hundred dollars more on a new appliance instead of repairing it. I felt he passed up an opportunity for extra billing in my best interests. I will definitely call them again.

They also let me know how to prevent further repair on my dryer dial in the future, and last year saved me from having to buy a new refrigerator too. They were fast and efficient, and explained everything they did. Since the repair, my dryer has been working great. Definitely, I will be calling them again for any appliance repair in the future. I was very satisfied with their repair service.

I was very impressed with their service. $80 for the labor plus the cost of the parts was very reasonable.

 + -1 moreThe experience was very positive. The repairman was very courteous and polite. He replaced the electronic temperature setting control gizmo and everything works perfectly. I especially liked how he preordered the part so as to not have to make a return visit. Two thumbs up for that!
Description of Work: I had a difficult time finding a repairman to come to Horse Cave to service my JennAir oven, but was very happy when I called Magically Repaired and was told they would make a service call. The repairman came at the precise time he scheduled and had already taken the initiative to order the part he thought was needing to be replaced as per my description of problem. He gave me a written estimate before he started work and was finished promptly. I will call them again. They did charge me double for the service call but since he had to drive out of the service area and that takes away from getting to other jobs I understood.
