They came out the same day I called, replaced a part and had the system up and running.

I started using them because the builder I used had used them. I think they cost just about as much as everybody else does, there is not much of a difference. They often have guys who don't do something right, and then they have to come back out the second time. They are pretty responsive. I will call them again and see how they do because I believe in giving people second chances. I think they should upgrade their crew.

Heating unit stopped blowing. Technician showed up same day, determined the problem, ordered the part, and replaced it by 9am the next morning. (We have a 2nd unit in the house that kept us warm so it wasn't an emergency call.)

The two highest recommendations we received from friends and backed up by Angie's List were Jack Lancaster from Lancaster and Martin, and Chris from ABE Services. We were very impressed by each of these men - their courtesy and experience. We ended up going with Jack Lancaster who also had the lowest estimate at $3750.00. The cost ended up being a little higher because we had 3 additional duct runs installed. We were very pleased with Jack's knowledge, attitude and integrity. Because our home was built in the 60's and had limited access, we felt he gave us good advice and did not try to over-sell. The installers came on time and had all the work done by 2:30 that same afternoon.

The fan motor on our home a/c unit failed. Service rep responded promptly. Due to the age of the system, we decided to replace it. A quote was provided and explained. We evaluated the alternatives and choose to proceed with the quote. Within 4 business days, our new system was installed. Service was professional and thorough. Jack Lancaster personally followed up to ensure everything worked well.
