+ -1 moreThey failed to complete the warranty work they were contracted to do. Leaving a leaking dishwasher unfixed for extended period of time until the warranty provider could arrange another contractor. Jim Fuqua Appliance provided excuses for their refusal to finish the work that were very dishonest and some outright lies. Forcing the warranty provider to supply another contractor and I as the customer pay for additional services. They refused to reimburse the expenses they created. And their response to a BBB
