Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Mr. Spear was very kind in setting up appointment over the phone since we were moving to the area. The carpet was cleaned but was very dirty around the edges even after he cleaned. I called him and he informed me these were filtration lines and could not be cleaned. That may be correct but I would have appreciated a phone call once the job was done explaining the dirt. You could see in some of the rooms where his machine stopped short of the baseboard.

Were right on time, protected the floors not being cleaned, provided pads under furniture after cleaning, and left my house clean and fresh. Overall good experience.

I called on Friday, they showed up on Monday --at the exact time they said they would. I had called to have them do my bedroom but asked them about the hall area rug while they were doing the bedroom. It wasn't a problem and I don't think they charged me for it. I am use to paying 2x what they charged me for the bedroom. I will use them again.

They did exactly what I needed them to do. They didn't have any questions and just did it. Their price was very reasonable with the work that they have provided.

They are always reasonable and always do a fantastic job. He always works us into his schedule very quickly. Someone always returns our call within the same day. They can usually work us in within two or three days. There have been able to get a lot of stains that they have gotten out of the carpet that I did not think would come out. They always do a really good job.
