Billy was very friendly and responsive. Not only did he come out and do a great job, he told me the history of the home based on his prior services of treating for termites and spiders. He also came to the home inspector to let him know of some rotting wood caused by a water leak when he found it investigating for wood infestations.

We have been using them for the past six years and I love them. We heard about them through our builder. Ours was a new house, and if you get it sprayed once a year, you get guaranteed termite protection. It is nice because they keep track of it and will call you when the service is due again. They told me that if we get it done once a year, I should not have any problems with them getting inside, and that has been true. I have not had any problems inside. They are wonderful. We have black widows here in Bowling Green and I don't like them. They give you a report if they see any black widows. We have caught several of them outside in the yard and so forth but we have never had one in the house. They will give us a report if they find any in the crawl, and they were dead the only time they were found in the crawl, so whatever they use has been working.

They provided a preliminary estimate over the phone and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and evaluate. He arrived on time and the actual cost was less than the phone estimate. Technician was very professional and polite. He covered his feet when entering my home and took care not to disturb my furnishings. He was very honest with his evaluation of my ant problem and didn't try to oversell me into a contract or such. This makes me even more likely to call him in the fall for a follow-up treatment. Very good result as well. Haven't seen a silverfish, centipede, or ant in the house since. Very satisfied customer!
