Joey and his crew know what they are doing. They promise and deliver. I am going to give them more business to clean 36 more rooms at my hotel. I will recommend FACC so far.

Did a really good job, and came back when I noticed a couple stubborn spots that remained, taking care of those as well. I was impressed with the professionalism of the technician, and also that I could get my carpets cleaned on Christmas Eve for no extra charge.

They were punctual and professional, polite, and prompt.

I called the company and they were able to come the day I had requested. I was told how much it would cost, the time they would arrive and the name of the person providing the service. The gentleman arrived on time. I showed him the areas that needed cleaning. He confirmed the price as discussed over the phone. All areas were vacuumed before he began cleaning. All carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction

The gentleman that actually did the work was very polite and professional. The person that scheduled the appointment was very accommodating and worked us in on very short notice... they actually came after 5:00 in the afternoon to get it done before our new furniture arrived the next day! I would recommend this company, they did a good job, were professional, the price was competitive and the experience was very satisfying. Like their name says... they were a breath of FRESH AIR!

They don't come out to my area, and while the person I spoke to wasn't unfriendly, he seemed to have no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned Angie' List.

The first time I called FreshAir, they were able to get me an appointment the next day. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet. Then I needed different carpet cleaned, so I called them again because I was so happy with the service I got the first time. The guy thoroughly vacuumed my carpet even though I told him I had done it before he came. I was happy with the affordable price and he was a hard worker. He was friendly and very professional. I could tell he knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend FreshAir to anyone I know and I will use them again the next time I need my carpet cleaned.

This was my second time using Fresh Air. The same gentleman cleaned my carpet back in 2009 as well at a different location. Both times they did an excellent job. I called a couple of days before to make the appointment. I had no problem scheduling an appointment. He called the day of the appointment to remind of the appointment. My place was a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor, but he had no problem getting his equipment up to my apartment. He was courteous and friendly. He even left me some carpet cleaning products.
