+ -1 moreThe technician who did the work was very punctual, courteous, professional, and expeditious in performing the work. The only negative issue we have is that he used a portable rug cleaner. We were expecting a more professional setup with the van-mounted cleaner/vacuum, as they have been shown to be more efficient in removing soil, etc., from the carpets.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in three bedrooms.

oriental rug cleaning
+ -1 moreOne rug was fine. The other rug was still dirty and spotted. I cleaned a couple of dirty places on the rug and then took the cleaning rag back to the cleaners. Once the owner saw the dirty cleaning rag, he apologized and had the rug recleaned. It was fine after the second cleaning and he gave me a $25.00 credit.
Description of Work: I had two Persian rugs cleaned.

Description of Work: Master Clean is very professional, have highly trained employees, great quality work, employees are very friendly. On 10/21/11, they cleaned all my caprets except closets (moving all furniture and cleaning under it), put plastic pads under feet of furniture, and cleaned up any mess they may have made. On 10/28/11, I had them return to clean furniture upholstry. After my couch dried, it had light and dark streaks running through it and I called them to inquire about this. They returned to evaluate the problem and scheduled a recleaning for the couch (at no cost to me) and made it right. This can occur sometimes depending on the fabric. They are very determined the customer is happy with the work provided . They are proud of their rcompany and its reputation and have high standards that all their employees must meet. I found out they clean about anything - which I didn't know. I would definitely recommend Master Clean to anyone.

+ -1 moreThey have friendly professional people working for them. They do excellent carpet cleaning. Their technicians can answer any questions you have. Frankly, I was impressed with the courtesy they showed me. Wouldn't have anybody else! Why?? Because they are friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated people.
Description of Work: They came and cleaned my living room, which also had a pet urine stain, along with heavy odor. Everything came out great, and hasn't returned since!!
