 + -1 moreRic Davis did an awesome job in providing us a very thorough home inspection on a potential new home purchase. He was prompt, very professional and treated us like family. He was careful to point out many potential problem areas and even recommended we secure a structural engineer report. Overall we were satisfied with his services and would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection

Description of Work: Mr. Davis was on time, did his job in a professional and efficient job. His report ran to 22 pages and was very thorough. It was a great help to us in making a decision on the property. I would definitely recommend him.

Description of Work: Pre-sale home inspection for owner. Mr. Jackson did a thorough inspection of house and I received a comprehensive report along with photos the same day as service. He was friendly, professional, and made several helpful suggestions that should be beneficial in sale of house.

Description of Work: Mike performed a home inspection for us. It was a great experience all the way around. He was easy to contact, responsive and was very accommodating with scheduling. On the day of the inspection he arrived early and spent about 2 1/2 hours with us at the house. He was incredibly thorough and efficient. He even went out of his way to give us some helpful hints on how to best maintain and manage some of the systems in the home.

 + -1 moreMike is prompt, professional and honest. With only two days notice, he accomodated our tight schedule. We walked through the house with him and he answered all of our questions. He spent extra time making sure we were comfortable and understood all aspects of the inspection, and he had the report to us incredibly quickly! I would undoubtedly recommend him to others and/or use him again for an inspection.
