To begin with the first appointment that Home advisory gave he never showed up, I had to call, I called and ask why he wasn t here and he said home advisor he was told that he couldn t make the appointment so he made the appointment for the next time At 9 o clock in the morning he didn t get here till 11 o clock that day I had to call again and ask him at 9:30 did he forget about the appointment he said no ,he had an emergency that he had to take care of a burglar alarm was going off which that was OK but I felt like We should ve gotten a courtesy call to say that he couldn t make it when he did show up we were impressed by what he suggested so we thought he would be on the up and up and he was supposed to have emailed me to let us know what he was going to be installing never got a email so I called the following week he said he would call me back at 4 o clock that afternoon to let me know when he was going to come to install the equipment and he s never called and he s never made any contact with us to make us think that he wants the job so I don t think We will be using home advisor For any more suggestions or anything else let alone Connect technology Solutions in Bowling Green Kentucky.
