+ -1 moreMy computer was not working properly and Chris was able to diagnose the problem quickly. I brought my CPU to him since I live outside of BG in Warren County a fair distance from town, and Chris was able to perform the necessary repairs within the same day. The graphics card (actually 2 cards linked together) had both gone bad and he replaced the card with a better one that was purchased locally at Best Buy. There were problems with the compatibility of the first card he tried for some unknown reason, but he was able to locate a different card at Best Buy and swapped them out. My computer is now fully operational and running great. Chris was friendly, courteous, professional, kept me informed/communicated well and his fees were quite reasonable. I would definitely use his services again if my computer has problems in the future.
