He did a terrific job and came when he was supposed to, very polite and knowledgeable, just took him a few minutes to find problem and replace it. I was very pleased with his work and his professionalism. Will keep this number for later calls for repairs.

I called the phone number listed in the yellow pages May 7 to request service on my refrigerator that had stopped holding a constant cold temperature. The woman that answered told me that the first available service call would be Monday May 12. I asked her to schedule the service call for me. Monday May 12 I waited all morning for a service person or a phone call. At 10:42 am, I called the office to ask if a service person was coming. The woman then told me that the first available service call would be Monday May 19. I told her I would call a different appliance repair service. As soon as I got off the phone with her, I called another repair company and scheduled a service call. At 11:36 am, a man called and identified himself as the D and D service person and said he was on his way. I told him that I had called D and D and been told that he could not come for another week. He said the woman did not know he was on his way to my house because he took the "slip" with him. I asked his charge for a service call and was told $80, which is $5 more than the service call I scheduled with another company. I told him that he did not need to come to my house, and that I did not want a D and D service call. I was concerned that with such poor communication between the office and the service providers, D and D would not likely be a very reliable company to hire.

Our experience with D and D was excellent. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
