Description of Work: Requested landscaping ideas and quote in October prior to responsible party leaving on vacation. A few weeks later I got a quote. Had to revise some of the proposal. Called and emailed and they were again out of town. Waited another couple of weeks for a quote. Asked if sod was better in our situation and waited two more weeks for a quote. At least 7 passed and finally got quote--way too late to risk planting. I think they are relatively knowledgable. I believe they care about their customers. If you need work done quickly or don't know exactly what you need on Day 1, you might have trouble getting the work performed.
