+ -1 moreThe security consultant (Pete) arrived right on time the day he was scheduled, explained all about the system and what all what would be involved in the installation. Set up an installation time that was convenient for me and my schedule. The installer showed up on the day scheduled and on time (actually showed up a few minutes early, which was fine). Installed system with a minimum of fuss and bother. Installer was friendly and easy to talk to will working (I stayed out of his way). System installation was actually done in under the time that was estimated (just under 3 hrs, est. was about 3 1/2 hrs.). After installation, cleaned up any mess, tested system and explained functions of keypad. Very satisfied with work and initial contact.
Description of Work: Had a security system installed in my home. Won the system (3 door sensors, 1 motion detector, keypad) for free (except for the monthly monitoring fee) in a giveaway drawing. Was surprised to get a system for free after I had been looking at several companies recently at installing a security system. If I had not won this system for free, I probably would have went with this company anyway, as it is local, with a convenient office, not a big company that you might be on the phone with for hours, just to get a question answered.
