This is the third time we have had Albert come out. This time he removed a shower/tub and replaced with a shower. He always does a wonderful job, keeps things clean, and is someone I trust in my home.

Bathroom turned out great and Much needed storage shelves for towels, linens and supplies.

We really appreciated that as soon as we called about our dilemma the owner was there in a few hours!! The entire job was done in a couple days. Looks GREAT !! Also, no surprises because they communicate along the way to keep you informed. Will call them for everything my house needs. Thank you for helping us!!

Everything turned out great! Very happy. Mr. Coffey demonstrated an attention to detail and a cleverness with woodworking that was impressive. Would not hesitate to hire again and would definitely recommend Coffey's Home Improvement.

Our deck was built perfectly. Even the building inspector commented on what a great job was done.

My husband and I were very pleased with their work. They were punctual, consistent, respectful (of us and of our property), and easy to communicate/work with. We have three young children who were, as children often are, curious and underfoot. Albert and David were not only patient with them, but we also interactive and allowed them to watch and ask questions. Price was a little higher than some other estimates, but we were fine with paying the extra amount after being so impressed with their professionalism, their fine work, and their prompt response/quick work.

Albert Coffey worked with a fellow Handyman, David Scott, and they completed the project in a little less than 9 weeks. The final outcome exceeds our expectations and it wasn't even as much of a disruption from our normal life as I would've thought. Our house looks so amazing! And the work done was incredibly high quality. Our project required a lot of creativity and problem solving and Albert and David were always willing to do whatever was needed to respond to issues, fix a problem, and ensure we loved the work. They worked hard each day and were always extremely friendly and professional. Albert and David built a custom dog crate in our half wall that is topped with a butcher block counter top. They designed windows and built the door from scratch. Their tile work inside the dog crate, in the new entry way, and all over the fireplace was very well done. It all looks great. Albert and David regularly went above and beyond! Early in the project we noticed a leak in our roof and Albert and David got up on the roof the next day, found the nail that had punctured our shingles, and filled the hole. During the project we also had a major pipe leak in our laundry room. Albert and David spent multiple days ripping up the floor, removing drywall, fixing the pipe leak, and then patching it all back together. The last owner did several renovation projects and they were done very poorly - as these things are breaking and falling apart, we'll be calling Albert and David to do it right. All in all, we have already reached out to Albert and David to do a shower repair (as the bathroom upgrade the last owner did is now leaking into the basement). We have complete confidence in their quality of work, responsiveness to provide us a quote and get started, and also their honesty as people to provide us a fair quote and to stand behind their contract and their work. At the end of the project we noticed a lot of drywall dust around our house and Albert and David offered to deduct the cost of cleaning from our final bill because it was more than anticipated. They are just very good people. We highly recommend them for any renovation or custom project - no matter how large or how small. The project cost us about $39,000.

Albert did a great job! He always responded promptly, showed up when he said he would, and did the work in a timely manner despite being 30 miles away. The porch seems very stable and sturdy now, and he made a really nice and sturdy ramp running along the stairs to the porch. The floor joist has been reinforced and sistered to the next joist. Overall, I am very happy and would have Albert do work for me again!

I think it worked out pretty well. They did a good job and did it fast. It took them just one day.

The hardest part about this job was getting Mr. Coffey and Mr. Scott to come out to give us an estimate. I know it is the busy time of the year and that they live nearly an hour away from us, so even this wasn't so bad. We were very happy with the price they quoted and didn't even end up talking with any other contractors. They did a tremendous job once they got started, too. You can tell from looking that they take pride in their work and just want their customers to be happy. They replaced a little more siding than we had agreed to because they said it wouldn't have looked right otherwise and they didn't even charge me for the material. Mr. Coffey would meet me each evening when I got home from work to show me what they had done that day and also alert me if he found anything concerning. That personal touch makes sure that you are getting exactly what you want. He even noticed my junk pile on the last day and offered to haul it away since he had to take the scrap from the job to the dump anyway. These guys do tremendous work and really do just want you to be happy with the job they have done. We are already talking to them about some interior work once the weather starts to turn.

He was on time, up front, and professional about everything. He and his partner accidentally broke a window that fell unexpectedly, but they boarded the window and replaced it at no cost the next day. They kept a clean workspace and were friendly and efficient.

Albert is very diligent in all the work that he does. He has a ton of experience with almost every situation you can encounter. His carpentry skills are bar none. He was punctual, professional and just a super guy all around. You can't go wrong with Coffey's Home Improvement!

The "Coffey Crew" was excellent in preforming my remodeling needs. They showed up at the time I wanted them to and cleaned up before they left for the day. They removed all fixtures from the walls and taped what couldn't be removed before painting. They used the best primer and paint and left no runs or drips. The flooring along with the carpeting was professionally installed using the latest carpet and flooring installing equiptment without lumps in the carpet nor gaps in the flooring. They will be on the top of my list for further remodeling or renovation needs.

WHEN THEY WERE DONE, IT WAS BETTER THAN IT WAS NEW. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

As alway's, I am very pleased with the work done by Albert Coffey and David Scott. They took my list of repairs I needed done on my rental properties and fixed everything to my satisfaction and my tennants. I would recommend to anyone if they needed remolding done or any type of repairs. Fast response and fair price.

Albert and his man showed up exactly when they said they would, got us an estimate in a very timely manner, and changed it when we changed our minds about the design. They showed up for the work on time, built a great deck, exactly as I pictured it. The construction is excellent, the design what I wanted, the workmanship great. They cleaned up so well you could hardly tell it was new. I intend to use them for a future project we are planning.

Mr Coffee and his partner came each day and worked all day. They wanted no advance but had a draw each week. Their job was completed to our satisfaction. Kurt Erickson of River City had a flooring crew here at 8:30 AM and they were professional in every aspect. Here and gone and exceptionally neat. Then he sent a carpet crew for three bedrooms and that crew was equally professional. NOW ...we needed a plumber to install vessels in the bath..being new in the area I called Stemler Plumbing and they were busy, The second company I called was also busy but said to try Wolfe Plumbing in New Albany. They sent two men out who ran a copper water line for an icemaker 12 feet to a new refridgerator (which had not yet come)...but they didn't put a connection on it..Then they enstalled the vessel bowls and put in a shower drain. Cost $760.00. and I will never use them again. I had Greenwell Plumbing out later to complete the refridgerator and re-do the vessel hookups. Mark Smith of Shockproof Electric ran the electricalchanges and installed all new ceiling fans and new lighting...He was excellent, prompt,and not overpriced. Lastly, We used BSWB Inc of Sellersburg for the cultured marble for both baths, showers, and jaccuzi..Sam Lomax and his crew sized, measured and installed with perfection...The entire job took 5 weeks and we are well satisfied.

Overall the experience was good. They were on time, very prompt in calling with questions, and finished before the deadline.

He is wonderful. He is a good fast worker. He doesn't drag out work.

Deck and steps look wonderful. Hail damage caused deck and steps to have some chunks taken out of it. The former stain was worn and had been chipped off by the hail. Mr. Coffey pressure washed the complete deck and steps removing the old stain, mold and dirt. After drying, Mr. Coffey and Mr. Scott replaced several planks that had been damaged. When completed they both stained the deck and steps with a gray stain...It looks 100% better. They were very efficient and did a tremendous job.

The entire job was expedient and went really well. The job was completed in two days. Rain had leaked in the roof that had been damaged by hail. Before the roofing company replaced my roof, the rain leaked into my ceiling and walls in both my spare bedroom and living room. The celiing collapsed and rain also seeped into the walls. The drywall had to be cut out, removed and replaced. Mr. Coffey and Mr. Scott did a tremendous job. They were very professional and cleaned up as they went. It took them a total of two days to complete this. I would reccomend them to everyone.

I am very satisfied with the work Albert Coffey did on my two rental properties. He was very prompt in getting back with me with an estimate and completed the work in the agreed upon time that he estimated. I plan on using Coffey Remolding in the near future for additional work and will recommend him to other home owners needing work done.
