+ 0 moreIsidro and his crew removed the mold and applied a paint that will keep the mold from re-forming. Isidro also determined that we would need new gutters to prevent the problem from happening again. We had known the gutters were in bad shape and we also knew the leaky gutters were probably causing problems with moisture so we went ahead and hired Isidro's company to remove the old gutters and replace them with new gutters. Isidro always took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. His crew was hard-working and friendly. We are so happy with the results! We have no signs of mold in the basement and the gutters are doing their job. It is also nice to have attractive gutters now.
Description of Work: We had issues with mold in our basement and asked Isidro to give us an estimate for getting rid of the mold and also figuring out how to prevent the mold from returning.

+ -1 moreIsidro responded immediately with a cost estimate. He wanted to beat the winter storm that was coming so the leak would not become worse. When he arrived, he immediately went up on the roof, found the problem, took pictures, and explained what he would do. After finishing the boot installation, he walked the roof and brought pictures of 3-4 other areas that needed sealant. I was very impressed with his professionalism, thoroughness, and genuine desire to be of service.
Description of Work: I needed roof repair for a small leak, which I thought came from the need for a new boot on the electrical weather head (pipe where electric enters the house through the roof.)

Description of Work: The roof over our front porch was leaking through the soffit and porch ceiling. Ysidro from Roof and Remodeling came and estimated about $600 for the job. It turned out to be more complicated and ended up costing about $1200. He said that water from one gable of the roof was running sideways under the shingles over the porch, and he put a metal sheet in the valley to prevent this. It looked pretty tacky, so we got him to paint it, which helped some. The whole process took maybe 3 weeks, since he would come unannounced when he had time after other jobs. |The main problem seems to be solved, but the water is still running down behind the gutters and on the fascia boards. (This is a problem with other parts of my roof as well.) The workers did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I would use the company again on a straightforward sort of job.

Didn't try to talk us into all the "other stuff" that all the other companies we called did. They are very hard working and did a great job. Came in, got the work done and cleaned everything up when they left. We are very happy with the services they provided. We also got a quote from them for doing a window replacement and will be hiring them in a few months to do this as well.

+ 0 moreWork took 4 days, started on a Saturday and the crew worked all day; the other 3 days work crew arrived at 5 p.m. and quit at 7 p.m. each day. The work site was kept clean and free of debris. Work varied in size from a maximum of 6 to a minimum of 2. Workers were respectful and quiet. My neighbors did not complaint of their presence at all. Final cost of deck was $21 per square foot. We asked that work be finished during an 8 day period, and it was completed before that deadline. The deck is very solid and attractive.
Description of Work: Built a new wood deck 14 x 16 feet and removed previous brick pathway and walkways.

+ -1 moreIsidro was a pleasure to deal with. He returned my calls promptly and showed up on time and ready to work. Isidro and his helper Pedro completed the task in early afternoon and cleaned the jobsite afterward. I am having another remodeling job quoted with possible completion this winter.
Description of Work: Facia replacement (90') in three of the highest areas of my home. Also removed some guttering and installed 24 ga. metal over exposed wood and secured the gutter with brackets instead of nails that would loosen.

Isidro and his helper repaired several large cracks in the wall and even traced them to their source - which happened to be a leak in the roof. So they also fixed the roof while they were at it. Arrived early every morning and completed the job in the quoted time frame. They protected all surfaces and furniture while they were here and when the left they cleaned up all their mess - couldn't even tell they'd been here. Well, except for the beautiful new coat of paint and the missing cracks!
