The son has taken over the business. Very poor work, He didn't show on three dates scheduled to work and when he did arrive would have to leave to find the right tools or parts?? Took two weeks to complete a task that he said was an afternoon job. Having to hire another plumbing service to come in and repair the poor services. Then he tried to charge for the dates scheduled and he didn't show up.

The problem was with city sewer lines and Mr. Rouland contacted the appropriate city utility personnel. The problem was corrected later that day. Prompt, courteous and very professional service at a fair price.

I was not home but my mom was here. She said he came in, was very nice and had it fixed quickly.

Gary Rouland Plumbing was recommended by a friend. They came out the same morning as I called them, located the leak, made the repairs and were done around noon on the same day for less than I expected.

I received a notice from the water company my water usage had gone up, and that I should look for a water leak. I determined there was a water leak in the line between the meter and the house, but I had no idea where. I was referred to Gary Rouland Plumbing by a friend. When I contacted them, they said they could be there that morning to take a look at it. The plumber was able to determine the water leak was near the foundation, and quickly began digging a hole. He separated the bricks and rocks in the hole from the dirt. He replaced the coupling, and tested the connection, flushed the water line. Two hours after his arrival the work was complete.

I was happy with his price and quite happy with his services. I found him to be prompt. They were very helpful and careful to explain what the problem was. They gave me a choice of a couple of solutions. The young man did the work. He came back immediately and took care of it. I was very pleased. There were some misunderstandings and miscommunications, but he is very young.

They had done a good job. When I called them back, they came right away to fix the problem. They knew what they were doing.

Excellent, fast and affordable service. After contacting Mr. Rouland, he scheduled with my realtor (I was out of town) to meet with her to access the home and determine if problem could be handled by him alone. Mr. Rouland fixed the leaking toilet by replacing seal at base and checked crawlspace for condition of the wood flooring and any possible mold damage. I was told wood was intact and would dry out since leak was stopped and the moldy looking mess was cleaned up by Mr. Rouland with a bleach solution. No other issues were found. Took payment information for $70 charge to credit card over the phone. Everything was done within 2 days of intitial call. Extremely pleased with the service. I would highly recommend Mr. Rouland for any job he says he can handle.

Had a large leak, needed it fixed, when the plumber's team left had no more leak.

Workers arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were very professional.Through my earlier Phone conversation with Gary we had determined that there was a partial clog in the drain line for the kitchen sink. I had removed and inspected the trap and determined it was farther down the line. Gary brought his son and drain snake and the problem was solved in short order.

My upstairs bathtub was leaking into my first floor laundry room. Mr. Rowland quickly discovered the issue (a leaky pipe behind the bathtub wall) and was able to fix the pipe without having to cut open a wall. Mr. Rowland was professional, quick, and kept kept me well informed by showing me what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. The price was excellent and I will call Mr. Rowland again if I have any other plumbing problems.

Running washer caused drains to back up in tub/shower in both bathrooms. Running water in any sink would cause water to rise in both tub/showers. Suspected a block in our main sewer line. Called Gary Rouland (Rouland is correct spelling) about 7:45 Monday morning. He said good timing b/c he could get his crew out before they got into other projects. Crew of two arrived just before 9:00. They confirmed a sewer line blockage. Took about an hour to set up and run power auger in my fairly accessible crawl space. Problem solved. Crew was professional, courteous and competent. Would recommend to anyone. Note that not all plumbing contractors clean sewer lines.

Gary sent his two-man crew, who are friendly, professional, and efficient. They seem extremely honest and do their jobs quickly and politely. The overall price was, I thought, extremely reasonable, given the time it took, the fact that it took two men to do the work, and the fact that the work was not easy (especially in my crawlspace, which is very low to the ground and difficult to maneuver). We had a leak under the sink. He came recommended by a hardware store. He called back while golfing and stated he would come by later. He came later that afternoon and fixed the problem. He did not over charge.
