Ā + -1 moreShe helped me clean up my back porch. She was great, she just jumped right in. She treated my home as if it was her own, she was really good. She was better than lady I had working for me for the past 3 years. The previous girl had to quit for school, but I really like this Magic Lady!

Ā + -1 moreMy only problem with her is that she lives nearby so she caught me on her way home and was in and out quickly. She was a really nice girl. I just wish she spent more time with me, but I will probably keep using her.

Ā + 0 moreVery poorly. This company is run by a very young individual who has an unusual perception of what is needed for cleaning/organizing homes, and a grandiose opinion of their customer service. Basically they threw away several normally needed /used items that they assumed were "trash", without asking. Also, they looked through some very personal papers in depth as opposed to just stacking them. They have unsafe cleaning habits, one of which scared me to death. The owner uses helpers who are very inefficient, even cleaning around items as opposed to moving them at all. I felt really nervous about them touching anything of value, not because of theft, but because they had no idea of the worth of items. When I complained at one point, the owner never called back, as opposed to offering alternatives or being responsible for their lack of service.

SHE WAS HERE ON TIME AND THEY WORKED FROM THE TIME THEY GOT HERE UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE!! EXCITED TO USE THESE LADIES IN THE FUTURE...VERY GOOD WORK, VERY DETAILED AND THOROUGH!!
