TRI STATE FLOOR COVERING

Air Vents not cut out in carpet in bedroom. Transitions from wood to tile not installed properly and one not installed at all. This was eventually corrected. Wood floor ruined by installers . Staples in the center of the floor when they couldn't get wood to stay in place. Can see sub flooring between wood slats of floor. Nails bulging up through top of wood floor. Center of floor has a raised ridge all down the center. Installers were horrible and owner Jeff Newsome would not ever come to see the damage and would not reply. He required payment up front so we are stuck.

We ordered and paid for carpet on 12-8-11 and to this date 3-24-12 we still DO NOT have our carpet. We have checked numerous times and there has always been an excuse for not getting it. Supposedly they have to go get the carpet and they indicated that there have been financial issues where they have not had the money to get the carpet. They said they are going to get it in the next week -- we'll see!! i just can NOT recommended them for any services. I'm just praying that we get the correct carpet when we finally get it!!

It didn't go over at all well. I didn't enjoy having to wait that long for an order that was said to be in in 2 weeks and then have it be the wrong type of flooring in the first place.
