+ -1 moreI have a service contract with them. I was told back in December that the mother board had to be replaced. It took two and a half weeks to get the new mother board. It was on back order. A week later they came to install it. It was the wrong mother board. It took another two and a half weeks to order the correct one. It took them a week to come out to instal it. It was a frustrating experience. The service man did a good job. I felt like they should have been able to find a mother board sooner. I feel like they passed the buck. The service man was on time. The service man was professional. I would probably use them again.
