Later than I thought they were going to be on arrival, but once here worked steadily. Professional appearance and manner. Worked quietly with only one short break. The amount of work they did required them to spend the entire day here and they were not at all intrusive. I would definitely have them back.

To start with they did not arrive until 0850. A little after 12 noon the two employees were "done" and they left taking the 160.00 check I had left for them. Glancing at the house it looked ok however when I picked up an item on the shelf they dusted around items and did not lift anything up, they cleaned around rugs leaving dust and dirt under them, they used only 2-3 ozs of floor cleaner on a house with approxiately 1500 square feet of wood floors so to say the least the floors looked as if they had been swiped and not cleaned. There were "dust bunnies all over the fireplace brick, in corners and under tables. I had purchase a new set of furniture movers (to prevent scratches on the floor) they were unopened and had not been used wheich lead me to look under couches, chairs and beds only to find they had not been touched.I spoke with one of the owners and she only made matters worst first by saying she would have to speak to the cleaning crew to see what they had done verses listening to me. I offered for her to come and look at the house which she did not. She wanted to send the crew back to reclean but I declined.She said she would call me back however that never happened. I made 3 calls to them leaving messages and they still have returned the call.. I took pictures and have various neigbors come and look at what they had done. I stopped payment on the check because I am not paying for an initial cleaning when they only done what a teenager would have done without supervision. If they would have called I would have made a partial payment however they must not care because they still have not contacted me and the check will not be cashed. These owners acted unprofessional and I would never recommend them to do anything for anyone.

They were timely and I felt for the job assigned, the price was good. The day started off very well. The over all cleaning provided was good. Two of the ladies cleaning did a fantastic job. Quality of the cleaning overall was good. The house looked nice. But our experience ended in disaster. Issues: I was told they would use a brush on the kitchen floor to clean the grout in the tile. This was not completed. I showed them that the windows had pop out window grilles so you could clean the entire window paine. Instead they cleaned the small sections of glass and it did not look good. We recleaned all the windows ourselves. Some of the woodwork in the living room was not cleaned. And finally, with great sadness, one of the employees stole from us. My husband had left three $100.00 dollar bills in an envelope with his payroll check. When he showered that morning, he left it in the bathroom. When he came home from lunch, he found the check, but the money was gone. The two girls cleaning the bathroom denied taking the money, but it was definitely there in the morning and it was gone after they cleaned the bathroom. Unless the three $100.00 bills jumped out of the envelope and walked out the door by themselves, they had to have taken the money. He was very upset and the ladies left for the day. They did come back and complete the job, but the money was not returned or found. The owner of the company stated that this has never happened before and that they have never had a complaint. But it happened to us. I was mad at my husband for leaving the money in the bathroom and I was upset with the cleaning company due to the theft. We were not compensated for the employee stealing the money in anyway. So the $395 job ended up costing us $695. I feel I also lost out in another way, when I met the owner, I felt we were going to have a long term arrangement if the 1st cleaning went well. I was looking for a weekly cleaning service to following the initial deep cleaning. Due to the stealing of the money, I cannot rehire someone to be in my home that I do not trust. Overall, what was cleaned looked good, but due to the stealing by one of the cleaning ladies, I would not recommend this cleaning company to anyone.
