LIGHT'S ENTERPRISES

We were happy with the services on the first visit. We clearly marked (with silver spray paint) all the trees and bushes we wanted removed. They left one small stump in the back yard which should have been removed when they cut down the tree. We then decided that there were a couple more trees that we wanted removed and called them to return for an estimate. They didn't show for weeks. After several calls, the owner finally showed up. We thoroughly went over what we wanted removed, including the stump. He never wrote anything down. Several days later, the trees were removed...but they left the stump from the first visit! I called and told them they left the stump but the receptionist told me that it wasn't part of the estimate. I explained that it was part of the estimate and that I brought it to the owners attention THREE times during our conversation to which he assured me that it would be removed and said the estimate included the stump removal. They billed me and I eventually paid the bill but included a msg stating that I was not going to recommend them to anyone if it wasn't removed by them. They never called or returned to finish the job. Several weeks later, we removed the stump ourselves.
