Did not call me back , even after stating he would on two concurrent days. Either too busy or too poorly managed to call back and commit to an inspection time, didn't even show up to give an appraisal. Good luck getting these guys to call you back if you just have a small job, they usually work on large contracts instead.

The initial response time was frustrating. It took several weeks to coordinate service due to weather. Servicer wasn't always quick to respond to calls or proactive in time coordination. However, once service was done it was efficient and quality. The technician was knowledgeable, hard working, and pro-active. The budget was kept in mind at all times. We recommend Genesis for any electrical work at any time. We will be using them again.

We did have some problems getting to this job because of the 2 snow storms back to back that effected our area for some time. During this time we were in contact with the customer. Apologizing to them for not getting to them in a timely manor. We were extremely busy at the time and unfortunately were not able to get to some people. Most of our employees live in rural areas and can not make it in when the roads are bad. We appreciated the understanding from [member name removed]. They were great people to work for. I hope we can help them out again.
