+ -1 moreRich did a person visit to the location and viewed the area for fencing. He discussed options and answered questions we had. He returned to install the fence in a timely manner and spent time working with me and my dogs in using the new system. He took the time to walk me through the whole information about the system. They worked quickly and were great with my dogs even when one of them( my dog) had stolen and eaten his (Rich's) lunch earlier in the day.
Description of Work: installed 20 acres of underground fence and helped train myself and dogs in using the fence system.

+ -1 moreThe whole installation went perfectly. We talked about my needs and expectations of the location of the fence. When it was installed we had detailed training instructions and maintainence.
Description of Work: DogWatch installed an electric fence for our Beagle puppies. They carefully walked all family members through the training process to ensure the puppies and all of us understood how the fence was to work. Shortly after installation we decided we needed to reconfigure the fence. DogWatched came out and worked with us to help design a configuration that would work for our needs. They changed it and the new design is perfect. Since the installation I have had DogWatch come out for several reasons. We had contractors working in our yard and they accidentally cut the fence. I contacted DogWatch and they immediately responded and fixed the fence.
