+ -1 moreI have always found Dick and Sons to be very responsive -- especially when I had an emergency! They even had to finish a job on one of my flip houses that S&S Plumbing had screwed up -- and it is asking a LOT to request a plumber to come in on the permit for a previous plumber! These guys are VERY knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They do their best to find cost effective solutions whenever I have called them to do a job, and often they have solved problems that others could not figure out. I will definitely keep using Dick & Sons Plumbing!!
Description of Work: I fix and flip houses in the Ashland Area and have used Dick & Sons many times, so my review is based on a variety of services. They have re-plumbed entire houses for me, plus fixed problems in my home and my parents' home.

+ -1 moreI refused their services as they told me something based on no evidence. After the hired plumber used a backhoe, it turns out that i had one collapse point and only needed one small section replaced. As I figured, I had clay tile pipe not the "paper type" lol. Guess they think a female in her 40's will listen to anything.
Description of Work: Came to give an estimate and told me that the whole underground sewer pipe needed replaced. They had no wy of knowing this as no camera was ran and no digging was done. They told me also that I had the pipe that was made out of a "paper type" material. I figured with the house being 90 years old that this wasn't true.

Description of Work: Tenants in a commercial office were complaining of odor in a certain area. D**** quickly traced the source to an open vent and called with suggestions. They did their part and worked w me to let my maintenance guy do what he could in running a vent through the roof. I saved some money as a result. Good people to work with.

+ 1 moreIt was fine, they did the work as promised and everything turned out perfectly. The price certainly didn't seem unreasonable. I thought that they were excellent, and they very reasonable. They were here on time, and got the work done without taking a lot of extra time. They cleaned up when they were finished. Their professionalism was fine. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Dick & Sons Plumbing. They moved some gas lines for me. They installed a gas log in my fireplaces. They did install the fireplaces that I had purchased separately. They had to do some drilling through the brick walls of the existing fireplace.
