we recently hired them to replace the roof on our house and build a roof over our back porch,they completed all of this in a timely manner and very professional,great quality work and attention to detail,they cleaned up our property thoroughly after the job was completed. i would highly recommend them and i would use them again Roger and Sherri Hoback 4/24/23

The work that Creative Home Solutions performed exceeded my expectations. They arrived promptly and did not waste any time getting to work. They worked non-stop while they were at location. They finished well before I expected them to finish. The quality of the work was excellent also. I am very happy with all aspects of their work. I would definitely use them again.

The job went very well. Joel and his team reengineered a tricky part of the roof to make things more reliable. The site was kept clean.

TJ kept me informed every step, and the roof was completed to our complete satisfaction. They even power washed the house and trimmed some trees and the grounds around the house for us which we sorely needed and were so glad they were able to do that.

There were quite a few issues with our old roof and Curt was able to give us a complete roof replacement for less than we expected. The work was scheduled and completed within a reasonable time frame. The roofing team quickly finished the job and cleaned up after themselves.

It was excellent! Everything was on time and on budget and they actually finished the roof earlier than expected. They spent the next hour and a half going through our yard to ensure there were no nails or debris. Cannot speak enough to their professionalism throughout the entire job.

They worked for us a couple of times, They helped us power-washed the house, some remodeling including electrical work, landscaping and repair the roof. they also built a deck on the back of the house, put some shed on the house for us they also built a fence and they did some outdoor lighting too.

It was great. Everything was clean, completed quickly and hassle-free.

Creative Home Solutions employees were punctual, professional, and fast-finishing the roof project in 3 days. In addition, they did an excellent job at cleanup-even coming back to check on any possible dropped roofing nails. The roof was installed approximately 1 year ago, and we have had no issues.

I was contacted recently by the company representative Rene who explained why the company failed to respond to our request for an estimate to clean gutters and a porch roof. Unfortunately the salesperson we discussed our request with was no longer with the company soon after we made our original request. Other members of the company were unaware of our and other customers requests for service, so when we followed up four months later the folks we talked to were unable to completely understand our request for an estimate and why it had not been acted upon earlier. I was impressed with the Rene's concern to make things right. The result is that I have raised my rating of the company and would consider using them for any future needs for service.

Not very well. few months after they finished the roof started to leak from multiple place every time it rains. The Shingles are made by Certainteed and I bought from them (creative home solutions and Certainteed) 5 star 25 year warranty on labor and material but it does nothing. The warranty is a scam and certainteed does not stand behind there warranty. staty away from creative home solutions and certainteed. 2/6/17 Response to owners statement. Since Creative home solutions will not repair the roof and the flashing when I contacted them multiple time where water is pouring into the house from multiple places. I contacted Certainteed, the maker of the singles, and filed claim for repair (because I got a 5 Star warranty from CertainTeed Corporation meaning labor and material are covered for 25 years). Certainteed sent a roof inspector to my house and the roof inspector informed me that nothing is wrong with the windows but the flashing of the entire house needed to be replaced. You can flood the house with a hose on the roof even before you get to the windows. Certainteed contacted Creative Home solutions to do the repair but the roofer (creative Home Solutions) keep sending people with Caulking guns to fix the problems and they have been doing that for few months every time I call them with a leak. Leaks are everywhere. Now I am taking these people to court. Beware and do not hire these people for any job. The owners are Curt Clevenger and Renee Clevenger and they are running roofing and siding scams. They are literally running a creative deceit company.

Old four inch gutters did better job than the new six inch gutters. Downspouts from second story totally overshoot gutter causing a waterfall onto our patio. Their solution was to put an approximately 12" X 12" piece of aluminum straight up from the gutter. Looks ridiculous. Roof has two leaks. They came out immediately to address the problem. Replaced board and shingles where you could poke your finger through to the outside. Still have leaking in that area. Larger leak was "fixed" with caulking. When the rain came we had an inside waterfall leaking from a light fixture to go along with the gutter waterfall. In the picture that looks like a video you can see the stream of water coming down. They now say problem is due to faulty window trim and flashing so it's not their fault. Was told by their "fix it" team that they will stand behind their work. Aren't seeing that yet. Deck is beautiful, love the overhangs. Garden shed did leak but they did fix that. Nice people, but wouldn't recommend for roofing or gutters.

I had to call twice to get them to call me to come and give an estimate. They were supposed to come on Tuesday and didn't show up until Wednesday evening. She took pictures and said she would email the estimate to me the following day. It has been a week and I have not received the estimate nor any further contact from them.

The job began thirty days ago after a 12,000 deposit placed. One week later the siding arrived. It was incorrect. Three weeks later it's still in my garage. They will not return my phone calls. The roof was placed last week along with two replacement windows. The crew worked quickly and were very pleasant. However, they have not returned. Today after a heavy rain my entire yard flooded because the roof overshoots the gutter. I would not use this company again.

Everything turned our great, all was done on time and the contractors were very professional.

Nothing negative to say. Prompt. Reasonable price. Showed up when he said. Replaced missing shingles. Cleaned up site. Took a look at the whole roof to identify any other issues. Even nailed down some loose flashing. I will call again if needed.

This company is awesome to have as contractors! First, they put a new roof on my home, I was blown away with the way the team worked together. I then called them to put new siding on my home, Jerry and his crew were like meeting old friends, they are the kind of people you can trust with anything. There was NO shortcuts, and NO cheap materials when they do your work! My home went from the worst looking house to the best looking home within three blocks! They do it right the first time! Always on time, cleaned up their mess. This will not be the last time they do work for me, I'm keeping them on speed dial!
