After a tremendous amount of time spent searching, Susan Fleming with Century 21 landed us a great deal. First of all, I commend the agent for her patience and gracious attitude in showing us property after property, until we found the home best suited for us. She had her work cut out for her - as our specification list was a lengthy one. For example, in our blended family, we have six children, one of which uses a wheelchair. We wanted an upstairs laundry area, and a layout that allowed for maximum independence for our disabled child. We also wanted a garage, a nice, residential area, as well as a spacious yard (doesn't everyone?). In addition to this, we needed a seller to accept a contingency offer based on the sale of another residence... all without breaking the bank. Simple, right? Not so. We fell in love with several properties, wrote offers, which didn't work out for one reason or another. The process would have been a discouraging one, had Susan not reassuringly reminded us, "Hang in there, the right one will come along!". She reinforced this philosophy with inboxing us new, available properties each week. Even when we weren't actively scouring the new listings ourselves, Susan continued to do so for us! In the end, how right she was. We couldn't be happier with the place we now call home. It met all the criteria on our list, and Susan navigated the process with professionalism, positivity and a terrific personality. We had an offer in on a house, was close to entering negotiations. Told by seller to take out our contingency and would be stronger offer. Our realtor, Susan Fleming, who works for C21 BWE next told the seller what we could "afford to offer." This was an incorrect amount speculated on by my wife and I (long story). My wife let this amount slip to Susan who then without our permission asked the seller if they would take that amount. We couldn't do that amount, so when we removed our contingency on the offer we COULD do, the seller completely rejected out offer. I'm sure thinking we were toying with them, thanks to Susan. I feel she lost us our dream home. We could have done the price they ultimately sold for, which was lower than the speculated amount they were told we could do.

She arrived a half hour early. Generally, she focused on historical negatives that had happened to her and seldom responded to information we gave her.

We found the home we wanted to purchase via the web but as soon as we contacted Robin, she took care of us right away. She was professional but personable. We are first time home buyers and Robin made the process easy with lots of wisdom and great tips of how everything worked. Great service!
