Ashland Pc Care

My laptop was running very slow and it would start to get hot on the bottom then i seen the ashland pc care ad and decided to call them up i told them i would like the full maintenance done so i had taken it into them the same day. They tested it out with a machine they had and noticed the processor was getting hotter than it was supposed to so they had taken it apart cleaned the paste stuff off of it and reapplied more then cleaned out the fan. They then put it back together and ran a program to detect malware and viruses it showed i had a trogan which they then removed and they went ahead and cleaned alot of unnecessary files and programs off of it. Then they used a machine to do a full diagnostic test of the motherboard which showed the processor was cooling alot better now my laptop runs 1000 times better than ever. These people are very nice and friendly i will definitely use them again

I called Ashland Pc Care because i got a real bad virus that corrupted my windows they told me to come right over and they would reinstall it. They did a perfect job they backed up all my personal files and reinstalled my windows 7 also installed a antivirus program and all my drivers and even ran a diagnostic test on it. It only taken a hour and a half to do and i was so happy. In the past i had taken my computer to someone else to install my windows 7 and turned out it wasn't genuine so i made sure this one was and it turned out it was.
