Description of Work: I did not use them. we contacted them set up app. twice and they did not show up either time. We were very surprised at this. Their business is located very close to my home. so we would not recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 morevery well it was finished in 2 days and they cleaned up and hauled away all old parts. Added additional returns that were not there and it made the house much more comfortable

+ -1 moreVery unprofessional company Don't wasted you time calling them. You'll regret it.
Description of Work: Called them to replace a central heat and air. Told them I wanted the old unit. The owners son starts arguing with me. Takes the old unit after me telling him not too. Theatens me all day long. I told him I was done arguing and to get back to work. Then he starts arguing with my 73 year old mother. I confront him again for the 4th or 5th time. Then he gets mad and leaves. They left exposed wires hanging, half my house has no power,tore up my landscaping, throwed cigarette butts all over my yard and they left a big mess when they stole my old AC unit. Real professionals I tell you. I would NOT hire them unless you want to get ripped off and have to deal with rude guy with some mental problems. I still have no furnace or AC and the bad thing is there is a disabled person, a diabetic and a small child here in 95 degree weather with no AC because they walked off the job.

Description of Work: This company came to my house to give me an estimate on a new furnace and air conditioning unit. They were very informal with the estimate. Nothing was written down, no measurements taken, just a handshake, introduction, quick look in and out, names of a few references (established local businesses), and a price quote. The price was lower than the other 6 estimates I received, but I felt safer going with another company because they gave a very thorough explaination of the procedure with their estimate.

+ -1 moreThe job was done quickly and neatly and then they cleaned up including sweeping and hauled away all the junk. they explained the workings and showed me how to adjust the settings on the new thermostat We would use this company again if we needed more work done.
Description of Work: Installed a complete heating and air conditioning system. Changed over from electric heat to high effiency 95% gas furnace and 13 seer air conditioner replaced a system that was 30 years old. Added additional return air and piped the gas and rewired the electric.
