Great. Showed up when promised and finish roof in one day & put new gutters up a couple days later.

Not well at all. He sent out a guy and the guy thought he had it fixed but didn't, leaked as soon as it rained. He came a couple weeks later and same thing. He would say he would be here and wouldn't show up many times. Finally after a month I asked for my money back so I could use someone else, he did give me my money after calling him a few times and sending my son over to his house to get it. Wouldn't use him again..

This was by far the BEST service I have ever received on a roofing project. Rodney was very professional and always kept his word when saying he would call me back. He provided prompt service and kept me very informed on where we were on the process. Other roofers I called would either not call back when they said they would, would not return my call at all after multiple calls, or said they would get back to me and I would never hear from them again. Rodney at AA was not this way all all. If he told me he would call on a certain day or time he did. I got several offers to see what my best price was and he worked with me on the initial estimate to better match a lower offer. The complete time from the estimate to the roof being finished was well under a month. He did an amazing job and I could not tell anyone had even walked around the house when he was finished. The roofing job was meticulous and beautiful. He paid special attention to details and even fixed a few places in the roof I was not expecting him to. I would strongly suggest getting an estimate from him and speaking to him a little, I am certainly glad I used Angies List to find him to begin with. Thank you!! LOVE MY NEW ROOF!!

Rodney and his crew were on time and extremely nice to work with. They were also very neat in their cleanup.

We had a leak that seemed to be around a dormer. I called and they were able to come out later that same day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. It hasn't rained yet (they just left) but he said that I should call if it leaked in same place. If it doesn't leak, they will earn an "A" for quality as well! Our whole roof is actually in poor repair and they will come back another time to give me an estimate on replacing. UPDATE: It rained and the roof leaked. I called Rodney & he denied telling me that the roof wouldn't leak. He said it was due to the overall poor condition of the roof. After talking with him for several minutes, it was clear that if he did come again there would be an additional charge. I told him that I did not want to do business with him and hung up. Several hours later he called back and said he would be willing to come back and look at the problem. He also stated that he hadn't cashed my check and would not. I give him credit for calling back but by then it was too late. If he didn't stand by his work the first time there's no way I could trust him with my entire roof.

Very well, leak was detected two days before our vacation and they came out the same day we called to repair.

Work completed on time. Excellent job.

Needed fast response because of leaving for vacation, called that morning and they came in the afternoon and repaired.
