Horrible, no communication, still no estimate, basement and utility room still destroyed...
Description of Work: Hose busted on washer and flooded utilitiy room and basement. Called insurance company and they had them to come over to clen up. They were fast in showing up and tearing everything out but absolutely refused to give an estimate on what it was going to cost or even what they were going to do.. Completely horrible communication. Was told I would have an estimate on repairs by Friday. Almost 3 weeks later and dozens of phone calls and still no estimate. Would never use them or recommend them....
