Great. Professional and fast. Very nice people in the office and in the field. Had to cancel due to a family emergency and office staff was very helpful in rescheduling. No lingering smell and safe for pets and kids after drying.

Upon inspection, a home I am trying to sell, was found to have "termites". I had two other companies out to inspect, Snowball and one other, and neither could find any evidence of termites. In spite of these contrasting reports, once an inspector finds 'termites', buyers are going to want them treated. I talked to Matt at Snowball and he not only gave me a good, reasonable price for treatment that could be warrantied for a year, but he also explained the process to me. His employees were on time, professional and courteous. Snowball came highly recommended to me and I now see why. I will not hesitate to use them for future work.

There is only a certain kind of company that can set a certain kind of trap. I would say it went overall about a B because when I called I guess he said the trap has only been out here for three weeks so it was going to cost me more money to come out and check the traps. I was not real happy about that but I think they were the only ones who could deal with the mouse problem because of the certain kind of trap. I did not have a choice, if that makes sense. My husband travels and I had to get someone out because they were tearing up the electric in my attic. Then they turned around and killed my van. The tech who came out was pretty nice. He had to go in through my closet and got insulation everywhere, which was kind of frustrating. Overall, he just came out, set the traps and said it costs $75 for them to come out. He told me what to look for as far as smell. The traps have been there since December. Initially they came out on time.

Snowball Pest Control Service is very upfront with me. They were recommended by someone else that I use. They were nice to deal with. I didn't end up using them because they said it was winter time and the wall is frozen and the hornets will just go away.

We called Snowball Pest Control after researching customer reviews. They are a family owned business and our experience has been that family owned companies care more about the quality and level of service. Having recently purchase a home well over 100 years old, we asked Snowball to come out to confirm that our home was termite free as stated on our home inspection. After a thorough examination, we were happy to hear that our home was free from termites. When my husband asked to settle the bill for the service call, no payment was accepted. Recently moving here from the East coast, this was something we never expected as a service call is NEVER free of charge even if no service was performed. We will definitely call them back in the Spring to treat the home for insects indigenous to Kentucky. The technician was very friendly and thorough in his inspection. Another wonderful person who confirmed that our decision to relocate to Northern Kentucky was a good one.

They did a very good job and we would recommend them and use them in the future if necessary.

It's been about two years now, and there are still no signs of termites. They did good, solid work. I would certainly recommend this company to others.

I worked at a property management company and retired just last year. Every time we went with a new company, I was able to get him. He started the company and he owns it. He is reliable and knows what he is talking about. If I send them a specimen of the bug or something like that, they can identify and tell me what chemical to use and what service needs to be done. The technicians are very professional; if they were not good, I would not have gone back to them for more work. Their price is very reasonable for what they do. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
