First contacted in January 2013. Came out and measured right away and gave me the quote within two days. Because of other conditions I had to put off having the windows replaced. Called back at the beginning of June to ask if the quote was still good. Was told that it was. Had the windows ordered and installed within the next two weeks. At no time after I received the quote was I pressured by them to have the windows done. The repairman was efficient and had all of the windows replaced in a little over an hour.

I called Jack's glass to have them come out to my house and measure two end tables and one desk that needed to have glass cut to fit the top of the furniture. They were very prompt in responding to my request. Someone was out to my house within a few days of me calling them to measure my items. They did the measurements for free. The representatives that came to my house were very knowledgeable and friendly. They measured my items and then called me with a quote about 30 minutes after they left my house. The price was about what I expected and was reasonable. The glass came in after about a week and the same two representatives came back to my house to deliver the glass. They installed it and even cleaned it to make sure there were no fingerprints on the glass. The glass fit the furniture perfectly too! One of the representatives even gave me two bottles of glass cleaner to use. I was very satisfied with my experience and would use Jack's glass again for any future needs.
