Very friendly and thorough

Becky and her crew, were very professional and kind. The price was fair considering the situation. We had a small rental property that wasn't cleaned for the 6 yrs the tenant lived there. They were not afraid to tackle the deep cleaning the entire house needed. They were honest and Becky came out to check the final outcome. Again, very professional and kind, Did a great job deep cleaning an extremely dirty house. We would use and recommend them again! Very Happy!

Becky and her team have been very good to work with. They have cleaned my house twice now. I rated the quality of work at 4.5 only because on the initial deep clean, the refrigerator was not cleaned. It was cleaned the second time and they specifically pointed that out. if things continue in this way, I would be willing to change the rating to 5.

She has cleaned for me for over 6 years both residential and commercial. She is very flexible, responsive, on time and good quality of work.

Please note that the rating is only 0.5 due to the fact that I am unable to enter 0.0. House Worxs (Becky Carver) began cleaning our house on July 19, 2018. We had 3 different people that regularly came to clean (Becky Carver, Mackenzie (Becky s Daughter) and Chelsea. February 28th, 2019 was House Worxs last day cleaning our house. On Monday, March 4th (4 Days after House Worxs was there) we noticed that our 36 Glass Drop-In Cooktop was cracked and broken in the Rear Right Corner. We contacted Becky and stated that she would pay for a replacement until she heard the replacement value of $1,299. Becky then decided that she would contact her Insurance. We have not heard back at all. Calls go straight to voicemail. Text Messages are unanswered. Becky did answer when I called from a number that she did not know but promptly hung up. Buyer beware. House Worxs, Becky Carver, Mackenzie, and Amanda are not to be trusted. I am now out a $1,299 appliance and stuck going through small claims court to try to see if I can get House Worxs (Becky Carver) to cover the replacement Costs. Sincerely, Lance R.

Becky Was great very professional and very friendly our house was cleaned from top to bottom . She brought Kelsey with her since she will be our regular person both were hard workers but also friendly and personable people as they did the work . So happy we found them.

One of the primary requests was to clean the oven prior to move in. The oven still has baked on spots and the bottom drawer is full of gunk and was not even touched. Nice gals but missed things.
