Residential and commercial electrical service company which stands behind their work and takes pride in customer service. I started my business with the idea that affordable, knowledgable, and honest business practices will lead me to long term business relationships with all customers. I am the only employee but I look forward to one day expanding and branching out into other markets. I have been in the electrical business for 15 years now and have aquired all the licenses needed to conduct business. I am fully insured and professional. Description of Work: Reupert installed a supplemental fan motor in one 8" duct which serves a room on the second floor of my 100 year old home. It is the hottest room in the Summer and the coldest in the Winter. New fan improves circulation not only in that room but in all 3 upstairs bedrooms. We have been able to raise thermostat from 72 degrees to 76 and everyone is comfortable and the unit cycles less. I'm hoping I might save a little money. Reupert installed my new Air conditioner and blower motor last May. Very pleased. Child who was too hot is now "too cold" WAAAAAA. Thanks Reupert Heating and Air Conditioning.!

Description of Work: Nothing. I asked them to replace two floodlight receptacles. Today is May 8th. They couldn't schedule until the second or third week in June. That just leaves me in the dark for swimming season. Of course, they already have the $29 that I spent on my so called 'good deal.' Now I have to wait for the refund. Thanks Angie, I can do that bad all by myself.

I apologize for the schedule issues. This is busy season and a wait is common with a small business such as mine. I cannot control call volume but we operate in a first call first serve manner. The service you purchased is through angies list and they will refund that in full. I do not see a dime of that purchsse. What I receive is the call and potentially a new customer. I don't believe your report is just and hope you can see the same. A phone call most of the time will solve any problems with scheduling.

Description of Work: Keith replaced the service from the meter into the house and replaced the breaker box. The work was done within one day and was less than $2000. The only reason for the 2 B grades was a little miscommunication. Keith was apologetic and everything was fine. I will call him for any other electrical work I need done. Very happy with the clean-up and work!
