Description of Work: I bought the deal through Angie's list for a whole house inspection. The gentleman who did the inspection was nice and did review the house. He provided some potential follow ups but did not come back to us with the quote requested for follow up work or any kind of written summary report. I found this unprofessional. It was a waste of money. I am most disappointed with this piece of work which I purchased on one of the "Angie's list" advertised deals.

Description of Work: Outlets in garage, porch and backyard porch weren't work. Keith diagnosed the issue back to a bad GFCI in the garage, went to the store to get a replacement and got us up and running again.

I had him come to the house twice, the first time to install electric in the basement for an range / oven, and the second time to move the existing electric in the kitchen to the adjacent base cabinet.

Description of Work: Hayes rewired a switch in a hallway to control the kitchen light. This ended up being a 3-way switch. The total cost ended up being a little more than the deal offered because it was a 2-person job due to someone being needed in the attic in addition to one person in the kitchen. They arrived promptly, told me what was needed and were very quick. They replaced a couple other switches since they had time leftover during the appointment. I would definitely use again.

His customer service skills were outstanding even when I had a moment of doubt in how I liked the undermount lighting. With our kitchen renovation, Keith was the best service provider we had! I would definitely recommend Keith to my friends and family.

Description of Work: Ran electric and installed two ceiling fans. There was a minor issue with a crimped wire that I noticed the next week and Keith came the next morning after I called and fixed it no questions asked. After trying for a month to get two other companies just to show up, I appreciate the impressive service and professionalism from these guys. I wish I had thought to check Angie's list before I wasted all of that time. It's no wonder these guys are in top. Make sure you call to schedule with plenty of time though. When a company is this good, they're going to have a backlog of work to do before they get to you. Be patient. It will be worth it.
