Excellent service. Keith is amicable and approachable as well as good at explaining what needs to be done in ways that won't break the bank.

It was fine. I wAs a little disappointed though. The initial bid included having to run a wire and put a bracket in which to hang the fan from. Only to find out once the light was taken down that the wiring and the bracket were already there. All the electrician had to do was hang the fan. When I asked if they would adjust the bill, he only took off $20. So I paid 130 that day plus the $99 through Angie's list to have a ceiling fan hung! In retrospect, that was more than the fan cost

Mr. Hayes showed up as scheduled. He figured out how to hang the light and work around a ceiling medalion. It was very tricky and required the two of us to work together to get it up. He worked quickly and I was very pleased with the results,

For the second time in as many visits to our home, Keith exceeded our expectations with his service. He performed the job quickly yet thoroughly, and he always has a great disposition - even today, as he fought through a nagging cold to finish his work with his usual pleasant attitude. We will certainly use him again in the future for our electrical needs!

The work was performed as outlined with no issues. I was pleased with the work and have had Keith do additional work on rewiring my elecrical panel at my residence.

Moving into an older home there were a number of electrical issues and some additions/updates needed. The major portion of the job was installing recessed lighting in the kitchen. Keith was accomidating with his schedule and all work was completed to my satisfaction and Keith was helpful in explaining what he was doing.

,Mr. Fry came out and looked at the electric control box in my garage. He agreed to replace it., and set up a date . His employee came on that date, and did the work.. He removed the old box, and added a longer main wire, and connected the other wires to the box. and identified them. He cleaned up, and did a very good job. , The owner of the Frey Electric Company, Mr Frey came to my house and gave me e on that date and did a great job

My experience with Hayes Electrical Service has been excellent start to finish. Mr. Hayes responded to my request for an appointment promptly, arrived on time, and completed the several tasks efficiently. He explained options to me clearly and did the work very satisfactorily. He adjusted the barkyard floodlight perfectly in terms of angle and timing. I was so pleased with his work that I asked for his recommendations about other exterior lighting. Several months later, I scheduled with Hayes again and another employee was equally prompt, courteous, and capable. Neighbors on both sides commented favorably on the placement of the exterior lighting. The price was comparable to other work I've had done but the difference is that Hayes was very responsive, quick to respond to requests, tidy in their work, and pleasant to deal with. I will certainly use Hayes Electrical again.

The job was well done. On a scale of 1 through 10, I give him a 11. He's very professional and neat. Everything worked out perfect.

He seemed professional and that he knew what he was doing. He did the work that we expected, we had some add on by our choice, and we would use him again!

The whole thing was flawless. I called to schedule a time for the electrician to come out and do the job. The phone was answered promptly and the person who picked up was knowledgeable enough to confirm that the job could be completed in two hours as per the "Big Deal" terms. An appointment was set within a week's time frame and the electrician was punctual. He did the job efficiently and everything functioned as it should. He even cleaned up after himself. I couldn't ask for more.

Swapped out old fuse boards and combined two into one upgraded board and added a whole house surge. Keith is very polite and professional. It took just as long as he said it would (about 4 hours). Left nothing behind. There was some confusion about the coupon and what it covered, but I was so impressed with him, that I went ahead with the work. He suggested I could try to get my money back from Angie's List, but I needed the work done, so I bit the bullet. This is an old house that was previously owned by and electrician, so it was all marked, but very out of date. Keith said the current situation was dangerous, but not to scare me, and mentioned it again after the work was done. I felt he really cared about his customer. I have already recommended him to a neighbor who needs work done. To this date, he still has not had the inspection and installed the whole house surge, but I have told Keith to do it at his convenience, since I am home all day.

Contacted provider and the electrician arrived at the time agreed upon. He replaced two lighting fixtures in the kitchen and one on the outside of the barn.

Keith arrived as expected and got right to work. He quickly exchanged the attic fan and moved on to the lamp post that had a short. The lamp post needed to be rewired; it was shredded and went under the walkway. Despite running into clay and lots of rocks, he quickly resolved the problem and the light post works again. While he was here he fixed a table lamp that was not working. He's pleasant, efficient and knows what he's doing. His prices are reasonable and he's fun to work with. He and his team did some electrical work at my parent's house earlier this year and now at my home. I've referred him to several friends.

Keith was on-site within two days to provide a walk-through and initial qoute from my original call for service. He provided a detailed quote and recommendations within 24 hours in writing. Following that, he scheduled and performed all quoted work within one week from the estimate. This gentlemen showed up on time, performed a clean and professional installation of all requested components and he was curtious and considerate. I purchased some fixtures in advance based on his quote, and even though I had to return an item to correct my error, he was flexible and remained on-site to finish the job that day with no complaints. He also honored his quote AND discount even though the job was more difficult than quoted. I plan on using this company and Keith for all of our ongoing needs.

I called Hayes Electric after the power went out in my only bathroom late Thursday night. My work schedule didn't permit a Friday appointment. Keith advised me he could work me in that Saturday, quoted his Saturday rates, which are fair, and gave me the option of scheduling on a weekday if that better suited my budget. I appreciated this consideration, and being told upfront what to expect. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for Saturday, and we agreed that if once he got there it looked as though the job would be lengthy, I could schedule the remainder of the work during his regular working hours. Turns out that wasn't necessary. Keith was in and out in an hour and a half, problem solved. He called ahead like he said he would, showed up when he said he would, listened as we explained what had already been tried, and quickly diagnosed the problem: a short in the wiring to the lighting fixture. He took out the old wiring and showed me exactly what the problem was before he set about fixing it. He had the tools he needed to correct the problem, and cleaned up before he left - not easy because as it happens my bathroom sink was clogged (apparently my bathroom had chosen that weekend to schedule a complete nervous breakdown). He even took the time to answer some questions we had about the ground fault in the bathroom (completely unrelated to the root cause of our problem, but still good to know). I was shocked there was no upcharge for drilling through the plaster walls, which I hadn't anticipated he'd need to do. The bill was exactly for the rates he told me he'd charge, and he managed it in well under the time I'd stated was my maximum for the day, but I never felt like he was rushing. Just efficient, and thorough. I believe that if he'd needed more time to do a thorough job, he'd have told me up front and not compromised the work, which I also appreciate. It's clear to me the work went quickly because he's experienced and just that good. He was honest and fair, quite pleasant and professional, and clearly knows what he's doing. As important, he listens. I also liked the fact that when I called, I got him and not an answering service. Overall very positive experience. I think anyone who uses Hayes Electric will be in good hands.

Great! I wish he was able to do estimates in the evening but he made me his last appointment and I worked it out.
