He is very good. He has always been the best over time, so I always use him.

I had Keith come out and give me a quote in July for an August install. I had an accidental fall and had to cancel at the last minute because of my injury and Keith was very understanding. Then, I missed his rescheduled call in September, and again he was VERY understanding. Being the professional he is, he showed up the 3rd time we scheduled it, and I would have completely understood if he would have rescheduled because he was not feeling 100%. He and the other gentleman (not sure of his name) were very fast, proficient, cleaned up after themselves, and Keith even patched a small hole in my wall that needed to be made. Whole job from beginning to end took maybe about 2 - 2 1/2 hours. While he was here one of my neighbors saw his truck and called him too! I would definitely hire them again, and feel they did a great job!

It went very well. He was on time and worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He even took the bulbs out of my old chandelier and installed them in the new one, as the ones I bought from the chandelier dealer did not fit.

Keith was excellent. Beautiful installation. Cleaned and swept when finished. He had to run wiring to the basement for a good power source. He was amazing. He was prompt for the estimate and we set a date for 2-3 weeks out. He was punctual and just did a terrific job. Would have him back in a heartbeat.

Amazing. One local electric company quoted us $1,000.00 for what Hayes electric did for $220.00. And this aforementioned electric company made plans to tear out some of our walls in order to access the wiring!!! Haye's electrician was VERY knowledgeable and trustworthy. NO walls needed to be torn out in any way shape or form. He even had to leave to go to a Hardware store to get a special piece for us (old house), this at first made me worried considering we are charged by the hour, but he was back in a jiffy. He even found an extra hidden electric panel in the ceiling of our laundry room, which solved a couple of the problems we were having. The previous electric company who gave us an outrageous quote did not find this panel. We will be using Hayes from now on, so comforting to have a trustworthy electrician.

Keith came in and, a short time later, I was back in business with lights that worked properly. He did a great job and was more than helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.

Keith Hayes came to my house to preview the job and provide an estimate. After I accepted the estimate, he was on site within 2 weeks (as promised) and completed the work in one day. He set up the inspection with the Inspection Bureau and they showed up when expected and inspected and certified the job. Keith was excellent to work with. He provided me with all the information I needed and was trustworthy and prompt. When he originally came to preview the job, he gave me a "rough guess" estimate and his final quote was within $70 of his rough guess. Both Keith and his assistant were very professional and left the job site clean and orderly. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone needing electric work.

He arrived on time, identified some additional knob and tube that we hadn't seen earlier, and did the work professionally and thoroughly. This is probably the fourth time I've hired Hayes Electric. I have great confidence in their work.

Outstanding! If there were an A+ grade, I would give it. Keith is not only professional in manner and expert in his work, he is also very nice and personable. His work took less time and came in lower than his estimate. I highly recommend him and will ask him to do another job in the near future.
