Arrived on time Looked at 3 jobs needed done and said all could be done in allotted 2 hr time frame. Did 2 jobs and did not have the necessary part for the third.Went to supply house and picked up part , arrived back and completed project. Very personable and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.

Worker was prompt, professional and helpful. Work was done very well, as we expected. The electrician turned on one of our light switches and said something was not right with it. So he opened it up and found that it was incorrectly wired and fixed it immediately. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. We have used Hayes twice in the past month and will continue to use them in the future because of the quality of the work, the reasonable costs, and helpfulness.

The price was good, he did an efficient, quick job and he was very professional.

Overall the work was great, they were quick and very professional and did an excellent job. I guess I should of read into the deal a little better because I was billed for two guys at three hours each totaling 6 hours, minus the two. I provided all hardware and wiring. I would say for the price I was still very happy with the service, and the outcome. Would use these guys again for future electrical needs.

He arrived on time and was very professional. I used one of the "big deal" coupons to have them install a new electrical outlet in my basement so that I could relocate my washer and dryer. He had to go out and get a specific part but was back very quickly and got everything installed. He even asked if he could do anything else for me while he was there since he finished faster than anticipated. I actually have 2 ceiling fans that I want to switch out for new ones, but unfortunately I hadn't bought the new ones yet. Now I wish I had! LOL! Anyway, they were great and would use again.

They did a good job. They were very easy to communicate with and the gentleman was very knowledgeable in his field. I have recommended them to several friends already and plan to use then again.

Keith was easy to schedule. He even called to tell me that he was running about 40 minutes early which was great. He told me exactly what my options were and fixed every thing I wanted. I purchased the 2 hour deal, but we ran a little over and he still only charged my for my original two hours and parts. Keith also took the time to look at some other issues that I would like to have addressed in the future. I will definitely be using him again!!

Kevin Hayes came out and did an evaluation for estimating purposes, on the day scheduled. While here, he looked at the garage door controller, which had stopped working. He quickly found the problem (dead battery), and helped me to replace it at no charge. He e-mailed me an estimate in a couple of days, and we set a date for the repairs. On the scheduled date, he arrived on time. He and his assistant installed two new light switches, replaced three sockets, and ran wires and installed a new floor plug. They cleaned up after themselves, and were out of here in about 2 1/2 hours. I was very pleased with the results, and highly recommend him.

My bathroom light switch stopped working one night. It actual gave me a little electrical shock when I touch it as well. I was afraid it might start a fire. I called Hayes electric and they sent out a repairman (keith) right away. I will use them agian and would recommend them to my friends.

He did a great job of installing dedicated electrical outlet for the installation of new microwave oven over the stove.. Also he made sure to protect the surface of the stove while he worked and cleaned up after himself.. He checked and rechecked to make sure circuit was dedicated and was safe to power the needs of the microwave..

What I wanted to have done would cost more than the Big Deal so I had it refunded. The company was helpful.

We used Keith the second time. As before he was easy to schedule time for an estimate and to perform the work. pricing was very competitive. He and his worker are very professional. they cleaned up after themselves. work was completed within 1.5 days. We will use him again.

We had a very good experience with them. They came out and gave us a quote for replacing the whole electric panel in our basement and it was very reasonable pricewise. They did a great job replacing the panel and cleaned up after themselves. They were very friendly and overall, I am happy with the service.

Keith is great to work with. He arrives on time, is pleasant and professional. He gets right to work and explains everything he does. We had three wired smoke alarms that needed replaced. He replaced them quickly and efficiently. We needed two surface mounted outlets in the basement. He kept me informed of the progress through the whole project. Completely cleaning up after himself. He noticed while working in our electrical box some moisture. He helped me trace the source and I immediately called some basement vendors to come out and take a look. That extra care to make sure things are up to par is what makes me call Keith whenever I have electrical needs.

Amazing service from Tim and Keith. We needed an electrical outlet installed outside of our home. I used Hayes as they had the best reviews on Angie's List for our area. I contacted Keith Hayes via the link and he got right back to me. He scheduled an estimate and arrived early. He was pleasant and professional. His associate arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Tim was clean, efficient and very pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to a friend or family member.

The first job was to put in a new panel for our house. Next we used him to put in wiring for our hot tub. Then add an outdoor outlet and change wiring in a half bath that we added. His prices were competitive (not necessarily the lowest). He was professional, sent a written contract by e-mail and cleaned up after the jobs were complete. He was also quick to respond on on our bathroom work because we needed the work to be completed before another contractor could start work.

Keith Hayes came out on two occasions. The first call was to check our electric outlets for occasional outages. He inspected our outlets and also checked our ceiling fan, which he found was not properly supported. He advised that the ceiling fan was a hazard and could pull loose from the improper mount. He replaced the fan mount bracket on a return call with a reduced charge for the return visit. Very happy with his promptness and reasonable pricing.

Very well. Keith, the owner, has goine from "solo" to himself and one other electrician, Tim, who did the work for us this time. We were equally impressed with Tim as we were with Keith, who did work for us previously.. Tim was in and out in less than an hour (very efficient) and very neat. He also gave us advice on some possible future electrical work. The new chandelier looks great!

I called in A.M.. Hayes came that afternoon, explained everything he needed to do but admitted he had never seen suck water damage to wiring on outside of house. (Seeping through box into the cable). Very efficient and encouraged me to take pictures. I will tell all of my friends about this company.
